BRIAN R.
ZIMMERMAN, is an Associate Attorney with Hurtado, S.C. practicing in the
areas of construction and real estate litigation, alternative dispute
resolution, commercial and residential real property, including title and
survey analysis, and construction contract preparation and negotiation. Mr.
Zimmerman holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette
University (2006) and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School (2009),
where he was on the Dean’s List and received the Cali Excellence for
the Future Award in Real Estate Contracts and Conveyancing and Local
Government Law courses. Mr. Zimmerman has worked as an Engineering
Technician for both private and public entities. As an Engineering
Technician, Mr. Zimmerman performed design and survey work on various large
transportation, municipal and building construction projects throughout
southeastern Wisconsin.
