MICHAEL J. WHITCOMB is an Associate
Attorney with Hurtado, S.C. practicing in the areas of municipal bond
finance, including general obligation, revenue anticipation and commercial
paper transactions; commercial and residential real property, including
title and survey analysis, and
related project development; and construction contract preparation and
negotiation. Mr. Whitcomb holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004) and a J.D. from Marquette
University Law School (2008), where he served on the Moot Court Board and
was a Regional Semi-Finalist in the Giles Rich Sutherland Moot Court
Competition.
