MICHAEL J. WHITCOMB is an Associate with Hurtado, S.C. practicing in the areas of construction contract preparation, real property development and public finance transactions. Mr. Whitcomb holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2004) and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School (2008), where he served on the Moot Court Board and was a Reginal Semi-Finalist in the Giles Rich Sutherland Moot Court Competition.

He also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jeffery A. Wagner of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. Prior to joining Hurtado, S.C. Mr. Whitcomb worked in various local political campaigns and served as the summer program director at YMCA Camp Minikani.
